Established in 2002, Contact Centres Australia is a wholly Australian-owned operation based in Surry Hills, Sydney.
We have extensive call centre infrastructure set up in Sydney and a large management team to deliver projects ranging from 1 to 200 operators.
We deliver a comprehensive range of inbound & outbound call centre solutions and can integrate these with other fulfilment services to create a complete end to end solution.
