CCA begins call centre operation for The Wine People
Contact Centres Australia (CCA) has begun a 3-year contract for mail-order wine company, The Wine People, in July 2008.
CCA will be providing a blended mix of inbound customer service and sales and outbound telemarketing. The solution is an end to end solution integrating call centre operations with data entry, banking and payment processing.
The project is starting with 12 operators and may be scaled up as demand increases.
