CCA offers a Certificate III course in Customer Contact. We offer our new staff the opportunity to join an apprenticeship course conducted on premises under the Department of Education and Training. This is a one year course that offers permanent part time status and all the benefits that go with it, including an industry qualification recognised Australia wide at the end of the course.
